Shipping and delivery

We ship our products in different ways, depending on the size and fragility of the product.

If your order fits through the letterbox, we will send it in a box or envelope so that you do not have to stay at home. If this is not the case, we will create a parcel shipment and transfer it to DPD.

Below are the shipping methods we use:

Letterbox post without track & trace:

For small orders that fit through the letterbox, we send the order with regular letter mail without track & trace. You can expect the order in your mailbox within the agreed delivery time.

Letterbox post with track & trace:

For most orders that fit through the letterbox, we send the order with track & trace. You can track the order via the included track & trace.

Parcel shipment:

If the product does not fit through the letterbox, we will automatically send it as a parcel via DPD. We hand over all packages every day at 4:00 PM to DPD, who will deliver them to your home the next day. We use the predict service from DPD , which means that you are always offered the following options:

• An evening and morning notification via email or SMS.

• A 1-hour time window in the morning notification.

• LIVE Tracking and Track & Trace.

• Multiple options to change the shipment (a day later, different address, a delivery depot, etc.).
