Return

At MBDeals, we want to make sure our customers are happy with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when received. The product must be returned in its original packaging and with all accessories and documentation supplied. If the product is not in its original condition or contains missing accessories, we may refuse the return or deduct a fee from the refund amount.

To request a return, please contact our customer service at customerservice@mbdeals.nl . We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product.

After receiving the returned product, we will inspect the product and assess whether it meets our return conditions. If the return has been received in good condition, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
